- Any orders shipped to Canada and Mexico are sent using UPS.Once shipped the average delivery time is estimated at 7-10 working days. - We cannot ship Battery items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Protectorates.

- The free has: if the battery has any quality problems within one month from the date of order placement. The buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will arrange a free return.
- 1-3 months: if the battery has any quality problems , the buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will arrange new battery to buyer. The buyer bear the freight.
- 3-6 months: if the battery has any quality problems , the buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will give the clients discount when order new lipo.
