This terra cotta cigar holder features two birds overlooking a nest with three eggs. The birds cling to the stump shaped cigar holder with leaves on both the front and back. There is a match holder to the left of the birds and it is likely the nest was used as an ash tray. The base is a 7 3/4” x 6 1/2” oval. It is approximately 6 1/2 high at the birds wing. The cigar holder is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The underneath side has the number 186 pressed into it. This was in the making and is probably a mold number.
