Mr. De Lucchi designed this pen to be a serious, technically perfect, and professionally used pen. Considering his past involvement with Memphis and his use of materials and colors, this is quite a departure yet still right on target. It is made of lightweight aircraft grade aluminum, which is spun on a lathe to achieve its unique shape which is very comfortable to hold. It uses knurling on the cap for easy twist removal and the cap also screws onto the end of the pen while writing. The pen is presented an a custom aluminum tin case. *Box shows some rust.
