FED-5B - Soviet long-range camera, the first model from the unified series "FED-5", differs in the absence of an exposure meter.
Produced by the Kharkiv Industrial Machine Building Association "FED" from 1975 to 1991.

    The type of photographic material used is film type 135 in standard cassettes. The frame size is 24 × 36 mm. It is possible to use two-cylinder cassettes with a sliding slot.
    The case is metal, with a removable rear panel.
    A cocking platoon of the shutter and rewinding of the film. The trigger has a transport and working position.
    The frame counter is automatically reset when the rear of the camera is removed. The presence of a self-resetting frame counter increased the height of the cameras (in comparison with the already high FED-3 apparatus).
