All items
are posted the next working day except Saturdays as to avoid postage delay on
weekend. Plant heights are measured from the ground bottom of pot to the top of
foliage when foliage kept upright. Some plants may not be able to stood upright
as naturally in those cases the height will be still to the top if foliage help
upright. Plants are a product of nature so their shape, arrangement, sizes and
coloration may vary slightly from pictures as pictures are taken from one plant
out of the lot. If unsure plz ask for a pic before buying. Nature chooses the
shape, colour and size of each plant.
Damage
:
If there
is a damage on plant on delivery we will refund as per individual situation.
Pot damage is only refundable to 5% of plant cost unless its a decorative
ceramic pot where the refund will be 15% of plant cost. Plants are a product of
nature and we take care in packaging if there is soil in package that is due to
the reason that pots soil can not be isolated 100% to reduce its movement.
Please note that there will be soil in the package when it arrives. We will not
accept any soil spreading claim as it can be cleaned and we try to send all our
plants wrapped while potted so assume some amount of soil will be present when
opened.
Kindly
retain the plant as we settle your issue as no loss will be compensated if you
have not retained the plant till we have addressed the matter.
We try to
use recycled material for packaging.
Plants
are generally sent in pots or pots will be included in the packaging in case
where the plant has to be put in plastic wrapping bare rooted as some small
ivies may have to be packed in wrapping, bare rooted. Plz check your allergy
and plants intolerances as well as plant requirements.

Late
arrival :
We aim to
despatch next day between Monday to Thursday. No plants are generally
despatched on Friday and Saturday unless specifically asked and arranged. If
the plant is required till a certain date kindly contact us before or after
buying and we will advise best way forward. May require additional charge as we
mainly use 2nd Class Royal Mail which can take 2 to 3 business
days to arrive but its not guaranteed arrival in that time. We
will not accept any liability or return for post delays as it is beyond our
control and we also cannot inquire or expedite Royal Mail once posted till 10
working days have passed.
