IMPORTANT: Please check your eBay account has a valid Day Time Telephone Number prior to ordering as our courier will need this to arrange the delivery of your item.
You can update your telephone number by following these steps:
1. Go to My eBay > Account
2. Click Personal Information
3. Click Edit on registered name and address.
Large and fragile orders are delivered by a specialist delivery service. The service benefits from a pre-confirmed delivery date for your convenience. Once the courier has scheduled a delivery date, they will contact (via phone, SMS or email) a day before to advise on delivery, so you will know when to expect delivery.
Please ensure to provide a valid day time phone number, preferably a mobile, as the courier may not attempt delivery without your confirmation. We will not pass your contact details to any other third party.
If the offered date is not suitable you can request an alternative date and the courier will contact you again. Please note the courier cannot offer specific day/time delivery, you can request and they will try but it’s NOT guaranteed.
Please ensure that someone is available at the arranged date, if a pre-confirmed delivery fails a surcharge of £30 will incur.
Although, we process orders daily and within the stated dispatch time, sometimes delays or damages in transit are beyond our control. We strongly recommend not booking plumbers or installation until you have received and checked your item(s).
The courier will allow you time to check your items for damages, please ensure to check before signing in good condition, if damaged please sign the delivery note as damaged.
Damages MUST be reported within 3 working days after delivery. The courier does not accept damaged liability after this time period. We strongly recommend that you check the goods for any damages before storage.

Returns and exchanges
If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange your order, we have a 30 days no-quibble returns policy. Simply send us an eBay message to arrange return of your product(s) to us and we will refund you.
There are no-restocking charges etc. however you are responsible to pay for postage and any other associated costs.
Please note the following points:
- DO NOT return items without our notification and issued return form. We are not liable for lost items or delays in processing refunds.
- We recommend using recorded or tracked delivery service for return items.
- When returning an unwanted item, you are welcome to open and inspect your products, but we are unable to accept returns for any products which have been installed, used or are not in original or good packaging anymore. Items returned must be complete with all accessories and in original internal and external packaging.
- We are unable to offer refunds or exchange for any products which are not in good re-saleable condition for e.g., missing, damaged or ripped packaging, missing parts, used products, installed or partially installed items etc.
- If you would like us to arrange collections for unwanted goods, please advise in your email and you will be provided with a quote on return postage costs, these are usually about £10 per parcel, for non-fragile products up to 30kg in weight and within size restrictions of national couriers such as Parcelforce or DHL. Fragile items or items above 30kg are usually £40. Please note, these figures are general estimates and are not guaranteed, prices vary depending on location, order size and service availability.
Damaged or Faulty goods
All products go through strict quality controls and we take great care in well packaging your goods before dispatch, but if in a rare case the item you receive is damaged or faulty, please contact us by eBay messages and we are happy to exchange or arrange Free Return of these items for you.
All damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt by eBay messages. We will then advise next course of action, we will either arrange return or ask you to dispose of the damaged goods, we may also ask for pictures of the damaged item(s) in order to file claims with couriers. Never dispose of goods without our notification.
