The date of 1944 is given in the signature, below the wing (2nd photo).  The maker hid his name within the date of 1944.  Made by "Ken".  In the slight chance that someone knows who made this plane, PLEASE send us a message so we can update with additional bio information.  I only say this since often ebay viewers come up with the most interesting information which leads me to  conclude that anything is possible.

Plane is approx. 28" X 20" (wing span) X 7 inches (height).  Close measurement, but not exact, since it is not easy to get the tape measure in perfect position, but this is very close.
