* We responsible for package non-received when the tracking number shows no information on the 14th business day from the package's shipping day. Full refund will issue and transaction cancellation request will send to buyer.
* When package returned to us base on buyer provided the wrong shipping address, then the buyer no longer wants the item for any reason, we will deduct the shipping charges from the purchase price. Otherwise, we will contact the buyer to correct the address then resend it for FREE.
