We strive to ship you the item you paid for in the condition it was advertised in and will work with you to resolve any issues related to that should you have any. Items are packaged reasonably well to ensure safe delivery but also reasonable shipping costs. If the item you ordered arrives damaged simply take pictures of the packaging and the item to show the condition, message them to us through eBay and we will take care of it. No one enjoys opening a package to find broken items, so you can be sure we will be right there with you to help make it right. Whatever the issue, send us a message and we will assist!

Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses the United States Postal Service deems as valid. To avoid shipping problems and make every transaction as smooth as possible we typically cancel orders with invalid shipping addresses. We may message buyers with problematic addresses asking them to fix their address, but because we have a limited amount of time to confirm and update addresses it is likely we would cancel and refund the order. Buyers can ensure a smooth transaction by checking and verifiying their own addresses to confirm they are valid. International buyers especially should confirm their address is valid before placing an order. We do this because we want every buyer to have a great experience and recieve the item they ordered.

We Use Reclaimed Shipping Materials

We sometimes use reclaimed shipping materials such as boxes, packing peanuts, styrafoam, air pillows, and packing paper. We salvage them from friends, family, and the local community to save perfectly good resources from ending up in the landfill before they should. Doing so allows us to pass the savings on to you!
