They have been hanging in our shed for many moons but have been in a plastic bag and survived well - just a bit of fading to a few fingertips. So 'new' because they're unused, not mint but close condition and without all the packaging. 

They come with what appears to be the original packet top and if that's the case it looks like these were made or sold under the name Diatech or Dia-compe brand.

The packet top for the identical medium pair I also have listed states they are 'leather palm' and the palms of these do also feel like real leather.
