All my listings have 3 days dispatch time to allow for any unforeseen circumstances, however around 90% of parcels being dispatched next working day. Please note that estimated and scheduled delivery times are not guaranteed and even royal mail 1st class delivery can take up to 10 working days before you can open the claim. Please understand that delivery process is out of my control, however I will actively help and assist customers experiencing problems with delivery. If you wish parcel to have guaranteed delivery, then use express option, most of my listings have this option at checkout, if not then just ask/request for one.

Returns

If  they might function not as intended after very short period of time. Please understand that I cannot predict thing like that, but if there is a genuine fault I will issue full refund including postage both ways.

Auction style listings please bid only if you really want an item and ask question before the end of auction, not when it's finished. Auctions with item condition For parts or not working are strictly no return. I do describe them to the best of my knowledge, but please understand there might be other issues unknown to me, so assume these items have other faults.
