Panel measures approximately 45" wide by 35" long.  Finished wreath will be approximately 20" in diameter.  Fabric is in new, off-the-bolt condition.  As a bonus, I am including a second wreath, already cut out.  The second wreath is only the front and the back and does not include the bow.
