3. NOT designed to handle extreme/harsh floor condition for example muddy, leafy and sandy conditions.

6. Regular cleaning and changing of consumable is recommended, check in the APP for recommendations.

    Shipping

    All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia, we will dispatch goods from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Our main pick up arehouse is in Brisbane but please do contact us first before your order.

    We offer free shipping to all our items unless otherwise stated. The shipping fees we charge include postage and handling fees. A tracking numbers will be provided via eBay once your order has been dispatched.

    We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier is depending on the size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

    Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

    We only dispatch to addresses within Australia

    We aim to dispatch all products within one working day of your full payment being made. Id you need to cancel a purchase after the product as been dispatched, note that the postage fee may not be refundable.


  • We accept returns. Please contact us ()immediately if:

    1. You have changed your mind or not satisfied with product and wish to request a return within 30 days after item received. Provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
    2. Your product was damaged during transit. Or your product arrived faulty (within 7 days after arrival)
    3. You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased (see our warranty terms and conditions for full details)

    Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.

    In cases where customer simply changed their mind and wish to return the product (within 30 days) buyer will be responsible for shipping back to us. Once item is received and inspected Selwise will refund the original amount less $10 (original shipping and handling), plus up to 50% restocking fee if product is opened and used.

    If buyer wish to cancel the order while is in transit, the refund will not be initiated until item is sent back to our warehouse and the original amount less $10 will be refunded.

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

    In addition to your statutory rights, Selwise offer a 12-month warranty (unless stated otherwise) on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). Selwise warranty as outlined above and below does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. In instances where a warranty period longer than 12 months is advertised on the product listing; this relates to coverage of structural components.

    The Selwise warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The Selwise warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by Selwise to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

    Parts purchases, consumable components, and accessories [such as pool diaphragm, chains, carry bags, batteries, hoses, grinding discs, mats, nets, belts, cables, wheels, blades, tubs, safety gear etc.] are not covered by Selwise standard warranty once used. Should your part or consumable component arrive with a manufacturer's fault please contact us to discuss a resolution prior to using the item.

    Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution Selwise can offer may vary. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to determine fault/issue. If the products are unusable upon receiving or there is a major fault, the customer may send product back to Selwise and choose between a full product refund via the original payment method or a replacement product. In the case of a minor failure, the Selwise warranty may cover fitment of replacement parts or offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. Who pays shipping? If item is faulty upon arrival (within 7 days) Selwise will be responsible for all shipping cost. If after 7 days Selwise will pay half of shipping back and forth. But if product sent back and is tested not faulty, Selwise reserve the right to charge shipping cost on the buyer.
