Used in good condition like new, Total length is 18" from top to bottom not sure how crop that is. Size 16 on tag. 100% polyester. Has little netting type holes on the material is the design may need undershirt if wear it. Can see what im referring to if click on pic and see enlarged. It is light pink and purple and aqua colors. Has glitter on the number.
