All transmissions are guaranteed to work. However, your mechanic's labor to install the transmission is not part of the guarantee. All transmissions must be installed by a certified "ASE" Transmission shop. Pan gaskets will be removed. New filters, fluids, seals and pan gaskets must be installed! All fluids will be drained out of our transmissions. Please be sure to add PROPER transmission fluid, it is very important as this error could void the guarantee!! All fluid cooler lines must be flushed, shift/detent cable or linkage assemblies must be adjusted. Torque converters must be properly installed. You MUST provide a legit phone number for the shipping company to be able to contact you for delivery! If no phone number or a wrong phone number is provided, then the transmission will have to be shipped back to us and you will be charged the shipping cost to get it back to us!!!!!

The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided. The part will be refunded as soon as we recieve the part back in our store.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. You are responsible for shipping costs on any returned item.
