A George IV antique sterling silver presentation snuff box, Birmingham 1820, by Thomas Smith, of rectangular form with flush hinge and foliate cast thumb piece.  Reasonable wear and tear that one would expect with an item of this age. Some simple engraving to the top and bottom of the box. Faded gilt interior.
