🌹♀️💖 New With Tags Designer Skirt by Libra RRP £140 💖♀️🌹

This fabulous skirt comes in a 2-tone, crinkle pinstripe fabric in blue and brown, which gives an overall bluish green shade that shifts in different lights .Because of this it wasn't so easy to capture the colour so I've photographed it in different lights.

The fabric rustles & shimmers like a very fine taffeta

This has a flat waistband, zips at the side

Voluminous skirt which flares out from the waist

Double layered with an asymmetric hemline

The fabric is sewn in a patchwork pattern with deliberate, raw edging to give a vintage, shabby-chic look. There are lurex threads running through the fabric to give a subtle shimmer

This is in excellent, new condition.

This has a very Steampunk look and could be worn hitched over a longer skirt to give a bustle effect
