BRAND NEW pair of Sugar brand women's shoes. Style is Hipnotic, which is a platform round toe pump. Shoes have wedge heels which measure approx 4.5 inches high (including platform). Platform measures approx 1 inch high.
Outsides of shoes are covered in man-made fabric that looks like faux velvet. Fabric has a nice floral design which is called Black Rose Garden. Soles are also man-made and have a faux rubber look. Shoes are USA size 6. They are being sold in their original box.
