Olympic weight plates feature 3 handles built into the edges of the plate, enabling users to perform a range of compound and isolated movements without a barbell or dumbbell, improving stability and control as well as overall strength and fitness.

All bars and weights are cleaned with antibacterial disinfectant and packaged by someone wearing a face mask and gloves in line with Government advice and regulation. Stock is also kept in a cool, aired space for 3 days before delivery so there is an even smaller chance of contamination.
