Pewter (marked) Souvenir spoon.  Has a horse and buggy, highly detailed, on top.  Says "PENNSYLVANIA" along stem.  Bowl is scalloped, and says DUTCH COUNTRY and has a image of a barn. Amish buggy.

This spoon is in excellent preowned condition, with no dents.  Marked PEWTER.  Has some light surface scratches as it was purchased in a lot at an estate and was in a box with other spoons.
