ABOUT US:
We sell new and used parts, the used parts we list in our listings, are from recycled computers, laptops, printers, or other electronic devices. As our customers upgrade their systems and equipment, they trade in their replaced equipment, since they won't be using it and it takes up excess space in the home or office. We take them apart and try to help out others looking for hard to find parts. We also give back to help autism with some of the funds we make from these sales.
STORE HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Eastern Time. Any questions / problems / concerns you may have will be answered during the store hours.
PAYMENTS:
eBay will let you know about our payment methods. Shipment will only be sent to PayPal confirmed shipping address. Payments must be made within 3 days of close of auction. All Buy It Now items must be paid right away. Check the shipping details for different ways the item can be sent.
SHIPPING TERMS:
We must ship to your PayPal confirmed shipping address.
We ship the majority of our items through USPS which is usually a 2-7 day service. Larger items by UPS or FEDEX, at our discretion.
If you purchased an item with tracking, a tracking number will be added to your order details when your item ships.
Please make arrangements for its acceptance or secure storage upon delivery.
We are not liable for any merchandise lost or stolen after delivery has been recorded by the shipping carrier.
We will require a signature upon delivery for orders over $250.00.
Contact us immediately if your parcel shows any sign of damage upon receipt. If you need special shipping make sure to check out the shipping details section. Also remember once the carrier has the package we have no control on how long it takes to arrive at your location. Some items are flat and might be shipped in a regular white envelope, make sure you didn't put it in the bills pile or that other people in the home did the same, believe it or not it does happen, have had several buyers waiting an extra 2 weeks and then found out the significant other put it in the bill pile.
We use stamps.com for our USPS shipping. If you purchased an item with tracking, a tracking number will be added to your order details when your item ships. If you ordered standard shipping without tracking you might get a tracking number beginning with "004", this is an internal number required by eBay from stamps.com, it is not a tracking number. So you might see it as a tracking number, but once again it is not one.

RETURNS:
Buyer should contact us within 14 days. Refund given as Money Back. Buyer pays return shipping.
