This Snap-on FLF936 3/8" drive 11.5" long flex head ratchet is in good working condition. The head is still tight and it has an adjustable set screw to make it tighter or looser. It can stay horizontal without falling, seen in the 12th picture. It can stay horizontal with a 7/8" deep socket (no, the socket is not included), seen in the 13th picture. I took the ratchet apart to clean and lubricate it. I used SuperLube, which is what Snap-on uses and includes in ratchet repair kits. The gear and pawl are in good condition with no stripped teeth. It ratchets well. The friction ball works well. I put some oil on it and depressed it so the oil would get behind the ball and lubricate the spring. Physically, it has some finish issues, mainly on the sides of the head and on the handle. It has two owner's engravings at the head, seen in the 3rd picture.
