RETURN POLICY
Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All return items must be received at our warehouse and inspected before a refund can be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 72 business hours for refund processing.
Eligibility requirements:
1. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase,
2. A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented or accompany the returned item,
3. The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, and
4. The item must be in the original packaging.
Any return attempts that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer with an explanation letter.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Depending on your banking institution, in some instances, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you have been approved for a refund but have not received a credit yet, please contact your banking institution and / or credit card company first. Afterwards, if the status of your refund is still not clarified, please contact customer service.
DEFECTIVE ITEM REPLACEMENT
Defective items may be replaced at no cost to the customer within one week of delivery. Upon receipt, a determination will be made if the item is eligible for replacement or if repairs are to be performed. Pack the product in its original product packaging and mail it in a sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage.
