Every one of light sets are tested immediately before packing to ensure that they're functioning.

Quantities:

The quantity shown on the ebay listings are the only ones available. Don't wait! Many items move quickly and in peak season it might be difficult to restock that item.

Descriptions:

We strive to present our items with the most accurate descriptions and pictures. Exceptions might be varies in packaging or a 100 count light set picture representing any length set of the same qualities.

Multiple shots and edits are used to represent correct and true colors to what you will be receiving.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Questions about how long it will take with your package? Message us, we'll happily look up your zip code and find out.

Currently we can ship to any of the 50 US states via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. We are not able to ship outside of the US , sorry for the inconvenience.

Combined Shipping:

Yes! We combine shipping wherever possible. We only ever charge the actual shipping, and we refund any difference in shipping charges. (Ebay has a minimum of $1.00 for any refund. Any combined shipping differences $1.00 or above will be refunded)

What to Know During Peak Season (Nov.-Dec.):

We strive to offer an array of products, but we sell our products outside of ebay. Some products are more difficult than others to restock during peak season, while others are near to impossible to restock.

Shipping during peak season : We are often shipping out orders daily. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a guaranteed 1, 2, or 3 day delivery time. Questions about how long it will take with your package? Message us, we'll happily look up your zip code and find out.

Tax:

eBay handles all taxes and will charge based on your location.

Feedback:

We will leave feedback once you have left feedback. This is our way of knowing that the package arrived as it should.

Returns:
We must be contacted within 14 days of purchase of the listing. Buyer pays return shipping, but we will pay the shipping for the defective exchange or replacement! In order to receive exchange, replacement or refund the damaged, incorrect item MUST be returned. Sorry, no exceptions.

Non-Working Products:
Occasionally products fail to function. In these cases replacement or refund can be arranged. ORIGINAL PRODUCT AND PACKAGING MUST BE RETURNED, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is required, so we may properly receive credit or refund from our manufacturers and suppliers.
