If paying by Bank Deposit please ensure you leave your userid as a reference. Failure to do this may result in delays of postage of your item.

Shipping

Items are despatched within 24 hrs of payment being received, please allow 3-7 business days to receive within Australia, 7-12 worldwide unless you have chosen express post. Although delivery can usually be quicker depending on your location.

Purchases are posted to your ebay address it is important to ensure this is correct at time of sale.

Pickups are not possible under any circumstances.

Items are sent with Australia Post, airmail worldwide.

A 40% discount is offered on the postage of each additional item paid for at the same time at checkout. Full shipping is charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, additional items will be charged at 40% off.

Please ensure you wait for all items to end and they are combined under a single ebay invoice before making payment.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase therefore we are happy to accept returns if you are not satisfied 100%. As long as it meets the following criteria outlined:

• If a return is required you must notify us and the item must be unworn and returned in the exact condition it was purchased including tags attached (if applicable) and placed in the plastic packaging it arrived in.
• ALL returns must be within the 30 day timeframe listed. Please choose carefully and ask as many questions as you need, prior to purchasing, due to the nature of these garments, you may exchange for another size/style.
• If a refund is required it may be given on the purchase price only, not postage costs.
• All items are returned at the buyers cost. Please note: Postage costs both ways are to be paid by the purchaser for exchange on new/unworn items.
