Please note:  Shipping charge is above average because I only box ship.  While a bubble pack envelope is less expensive to send, I have had instances where the mini is damaged in handling.  

I combine shipping.  Request an invoice from the shopping cart.  If that does not work, I will refund the difference between the cost charged and the actual shipping cost.
