Beware of cheap and incomplete fuel pump kits made up of inferior parts that won't stand the test of time.  Resist the temptation of buying a used pump assembly that is at least 12 years old.  

Our kit includes the following:

  • Delphi is a Tier 1 supplier to the majority of global vehicle manufacturers and has been a manufacturer of dependable fuel pumps and fuel delivery parts for over 80 year.  Includes lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Fuel Pressure Regulator
  • 49 PSI, which is the OEM requirement.
• NAPA Gold In-Line Fuel Filter
  
  • Most kits don't include this all important part.
• OEM Grade Submersible Fuel Hoses
  • This is VERY IMPORTANT!  Other kits may only include one piece of fuel hose that is often made of non-submersible material.  The outer layer of a non-submersible hose will rapidly deteriorate when exposed to fuel, eventually causing internal leakage and loss of fuel pressure.
  • *Updated version with corrugated fuel line to replace the OEM hose "elbow" if needed.  
• All Required Viton O-Rings for the following:
  • Fuel Pressure Regulator.

This kit is compatible with "tall" fuel pump assemblies found on 2003 - early 2005 XB9 and XB12 models like the one shown below.  These can be identified by the ROUND drain plug.
