If this condition is not met, the sale may be annulled.  Special Price Offers are subject to revocation.  If you receive a Special Price Offer, the transaction will not be considered complete until payment has been received by us.  Low-ball price offers will not be entertained and will not receive a reply. Further messages sent from that account will not be read. Continued attempts to negotiate for lower pricing will result in that account/bidder being blocked and reported to eBay for canvassing and harassment offences.  Product pictures are of the actual item(s) listed for sale using the WYSIWYG methodology (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get).  Actual product and/or accessories may differ from photographs depicted on the packaging and promotional material. Shipping is offered worldwide with the exception of some countries due to import and legal restrictions. Shipments are mailed using delivery services provided by Canada Post. Shipments will only be mailed to addresses that are officially registered and verified with PayPal. We reserve the right to alter the buyer selected shipping preference/service when necessary. Express shipping options might be available for certain listings. In case of non-delivery and where multiple delivery attempts were made to the receiver, the item is often returned to the sender by the local postal company. In such cases, the return shipping fees (if any) will be charged to the customer's account. The item will be shipped back to us and will again be resent to the customer and the costs for this (if any) will also be borne by the receiver. Shipments often arrive sooner than the provided timeline but maybe delayed due to other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any delayed shipments. Most product listings will ship in the original packaging box/case/carton with any included accessories and paperwork unless indicated otherwise. International shipments may incur additional import duties and customs charges and covering these costs is the sole responsibility of the buyer and/or the receiver. Tracking number for shipment and product insurance may be provided. Product insurance (if any) includes only basic coverage. Enhanced shipping coverage/insurance can be purchased by the buyer upon request, for which additional charges may apply. Some items may be eligible for local pickup (within the Greater Toronto Area) and this will be outlined in the listing. A fee may apply for local pickups.  Post sales tax maybe levied by eBay Inc. and in such cases is collected directly and remitted to the appropriate authorities by eBay Inc. and/or its affiliated subsidiaries, and we have no control over this process. These types of taxes may include (but are not limited to): Sales Tax, Excise Tax, or Value Added Tax.  Payments are processed exclusively via PayPal.  Gift-wrapping services are provided at an extra charge. Complimentary upgrades may be provided at our discretion.  The listing may be subject to errors and incomplete or missing information. No responsibility is assumed on part of the auctioneer/seller in such cases. We reserve the right to continually asses and update listings with new information as and when it becomes available and relevant.  In case of concern, contact us via the official eBay messaging service. Any correspondence with us will also be transmitted via the same platform.  The product and any included accessories are usually covered under the original manufacturer’s guarantee/warranty program (if any) unless stated otherwise.  We are not affiliated with any company, nor are we the authorized dealers for any manufacturer or production house.  We reserve the right to cancel any winning bid, if it does not comply with our Terms of Sale (TOS) conditions as outline herein, or if it violates any of the eBay specified criteria, as outlined in their official policies. In such instances, you will be notified via eBay messaging and refunded the full purchase price (including any taxes and S&H costs).  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us before leaving a feedback rating or opening a dispute; we will attempt to resolve the incident to your satisfaction, whenever possible. In case of a dispute, the terms and conditions outlined herein take precedence. By making a purchase, you consent to unconditionally agree and abide, by all the aforementioned conditions and terms as stated herein.  This agreement is subject to revision without prior notice.
