2" Vintage Blue Oval Plastic Brooch w/ Tin Border Scales Design.
The brooch shows wear on the gold-tone tin trim and on the surface of the oval plastic (?) brooch it has dusty crevasses, scratches and scuffs. It measures 1-1/2" wide and 2" tall. Not sure exactly what the materials of the brooch are made of but it's quite light. The name on the back is illegible.
