Absolutely marvelous, rare set of lead Roman Teddy Bear soldiers, designed by Mike Broadbent.  28mm.  This set, so far as I know, has been discontinued; I bought it about 15 years ago, and it was already impossible to get all the pieces that originally existed.  I believe it was made in New Zealand.  The teddy bear emperor is "Cuddlius," and you can find out a lot more about this set if you simply search on the term "I Cuddlius."  The set includes 40 individual bears/soldiers, including two bears mounted in rocking horses.  The set includes musicians (Praetorian and Legionary), infantry, and cavalry (mounted in hobby horses).  There are also 32 shields of various types, and 12 standards.  One of the rocking horses has its "footpiece" broken off, but otherwise, this set is in the absolute mint condition it was when I received it.

This is simply TOO CUTE!
