Vintage figurine stands approx 8" tall

Main colors: red outfit, black boots and belt, yellow hose, white dog fur, gray fire hydrant, pink tongue.

Made in China written on bottom in red letters.

No chips or cracks. Colors vary with hand painted nature. Some red is missing from hat and black from the shoes a little dot of pink on the tongue. See photos #7 and #8 and #9 respectively.  Wear consistent with age. Over all very nice.
