As shown, light up works. You will need new batteries though because the factory ones are now dead and made no sense to leave them in to possibly explode before you get it. It only needs 3 AAA batteries, flip the switch, and your all set.

Mask width is about 7.5" wide and the strap is not adjustable but should fit around teenage age up to adult. Without specs from the factory, this is an estimate and no guarantee on fit.
