  • Collects Earth 2 Society (2015-2017 DC) #17-22.
Written by Dan Abnett. Art by Bruno Redondo and Vicente Cifuentes. Cover by Bruno Redondo.
Earth-2 is dead! Following a climactic battle with Ultra-Humanite and his super- powered army, a handful of the Wonders awaken in a twilight limbo. Are they the only ones to have survived? Has their desperate gambit to save their world ended in total disaster? In the wreckage, the surviving heroes have failed in their effort to save the world. As they struggle to accept the disaster they have caused, something in the phantom mist begins to hunt for them. In the Ghost World, no heroes can be allowed to exist.

I am not a comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

These novels are in good to very good conditions, all with solid spines and great or better inside pages (photo#16 examples). They have some mostly lighter and external signs of wear spread throughout, all explained below, with their only collective flaw being some sticker residue on their back covers near the barcodes (photo#12 w/illumination - may come off; I prefer not to mess with them). Due to eBay's photo limit, with lots involving multiple books, I am not able to show the detailed looks I try to maintain, so if you would like any extra photos of a specific description/book, feel free to let me know! The TL;DR versions of each book's condition below is in blue italics, with the more in-depth collectors' paragraphs below them.

Any reference to certain areas of books can be seen in the photos above. The sections are:
*Photo#4: Upper spine corner
*Photo#5: Lower spine corner
*Photo#6 (and #10 w/illumination): Front cover top edge/outer corner
*Photo#7 (and #11 w/illumination): Front cover bottom edge/outer corner
*Photo#8: Back cover top edge/outer corner
*Photo#9: Back cover bottom edge/outer corner

Abbreviations Glossary (I've been listing more and more of my books and thought this would save some time..)
*USC: Upper spine corner
*LSC: Lower spine corner
*FTOC: Front cover's top outer corner
*FBOC: Front cover's bottom outer corner
*BTOC: Back cover's top outer corner

**Vol 1Good overall condition - great overall inside pages. Other than an outer corner indent/bend, some mostly lesser flaws primarily affecting its externals. USC has light scuffing/indent. Front and back covers' top and bottom edges all have light shelf-wear/scuffing if any, with one additional tiny scuff on the front's bottom near the LSC, and one small scuff/indent on the back's top near the USC. FTOC has a small indent/scuff/bend/cover peel, goes thru ~12 pages as an indent, and thru ~1/4 as a light bend. BTOC has a ~2.5" light indent/depression around it (photo#14 w/illumination), shows as a light indent on ~5 pages. ~1/2" indent/scuff/bend at corner itself (also in photo#14), goes thru 4 pages as a corner fold, thru ~18 pages as an indent, and thru ~1/4 pages as a light bend. FBOC has a small/light crease/scuff/bend, goes thru ~1/4 pages as a light bend. FTOC has a light ~1" indent around it, and a small/light indent/scuff/bend at the corner itself that goes thru ~1/4 pages as a light bend. FBOC, BTOC, and BBOC possess tiny scuffs/bends, each goes thru ~12 pages lightly. Front cover has a small indent/depression on its spine edge, and a light 1" scratch/indent on the title (photo#15 w/illumination). Back cover has a ~1.5"x~3/4" sticker residue patch on the barcode (photo#12 w/illumination - might come off, I prefer not to mess with them).

I both buy to read as well as sell TPBs on here, so I understand how aggravating it is to receive a comic damaged in transit. I always pack books firmly between pieces of cardboard (among other materials/layers) via Gemini Comic mailers or bubble mailers depending on size; usually utilizing boxes for larger lots. If you have any questions or would like any additional photos, feel free to let me know. I'm always happy to combine shipping costs - either message me before completing purchase for a pre-payment price adjustment, or alternatively I can provide a refund afterwards. Thanks, and have a tremendous day!
