This side-stand plate is a useful addition to your m/bike kit.  Small enough to throw in a bag, pannier or pocket, but large enough to offer some additional stability to your bike on softer terrain if needed.  If you're parking up on gravel, grass or sand, you know that feeling when you hope the ground will take the weight, and not tip your bike over onto the floor.  Well this gives you the piece of mind that there is something a bit more stable between the kickstand and the floor.
