Diaphonization is a process that involves the discoloration of muscle tissue and the staining of bone and cartilage. In the process, the bones are colored with a red dye, but after rinsing they appear light purple. Cartilage tissue becomes stained with blue dye and remains so. Muscles become transparent thanks to digestion by trypsin solution, which is also found in human pancreatic juice. 

 This specimen is a work of chemical and microbiological processes, the preparation of the presented specimen took us about 5 weeks. The specimen was closed in a glass bottle with glycerin and the addition of a substance that will inhibit all bacterial processes.
