The first photo shows the camera front, with the actual shutter lever poking out of the lens near a suspicious empty bracket in the folding case front. There is supposed to be a lever there making the shutter easier to reach.
Otherwise camera and bellows in great shape. If you've got a less than great Foldex 20, here is everything but the shutter button.
