These transistors are new and can be used to repair your ZX Spectrum if it's having a power supply issue and not supplying 12V/-5V due to blown transistors.
Often when the ZTX650 transistor blows on the ZX Spectrum it will also take out the ZTX213 due to a bad design (run away effect) If both transistors are blown and you only replace one of them it will blow again. Before replacing these blown transistors check the RAM chips are they are a common cause of the -5V shorting to ground which blows these transistors.
