I have been unable to find anything about this item on the internet.

It is constructed from wood (appears to be walnut). Edges are beveled.  Dimensions are 9" x 9".  Round area is 7.75" in diameter.

Has cork backing so may have been used a table display piece. Could easily be converted into a wall hanging.

It is embossed with: "The University of Oklahoma" *1890* and the school motto "Civi Et Reipublicae"

Painted with red, white, brown and black details.  Has a farmer figure in the center.

There is some wear, minor scuffs and discoloration due to age and use.  Cork backing has stains.
