- DOA and Defective items will be replaced with an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depending on our inventory at that time. Defective items must be notified to us within 7 days of the date you received them.
- The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at the buyer's expense.
- Please note if you have to return, you must return the package in its original condition. If the retail package has been opened or used, and the item being returned for a refund is not defective, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- S/H & Insurance charges are non-refundable.
- All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your return after we receive the item back.
