Sliding bearings are constructed with carbon steel as the base, sintered porous bronze as its sandwich, rolled with PTFE and lead compounds as the inner surface and copper plated on the outer surface.

The wound bushings are self-lubricating. It has good frictional properties, wear resistance and low noise.

Solid friction oil-free bushings can operate over a wide range of temperatures. Suitable for applications with sliding movements.

Oil-free sleeve bearings are best suited where self-lubricating materials are required.
