Antique Unbranded Porcelain DIAL for Pocket Watches, honoring AUGUST BEBEL, born in Germany in 1840, and died in Switzerland in 1913, a solcialist politician, son of a Prussian soldier, he became leader of the opposition to the expansionist policy of Bismarck, who ordered his arrest. Author of "Women and Socialism", an essay written in 1883, a reference work for all German socialists. Made in Switzerland

White porcelain. Black Roman hour numerals. Outer minute chapter with Arabic numerals at five minutes. Subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock.  Showing in the center the August Bebel portrait in black and white tones.

Dimension and technical information: 40 millimeters diameter. Distance from center hole to sub-seconds hole: 10.5 millimeters. Rear feet located at minutes 9 and 39, 4.5mm from the dial’s edge.

Condition: Good overall, complete and readable, but unfortunately showing a crack at 6 o’clock on the edge (please check the larger photographs for details).
