My mannequin modelling this Dress is a small busted (32-34C) standard UK10, closer to a UK8 than a UK12 and it is too large for her.

across front underarm seam to underarm seam - 16" wide 
across waist - 13.5" wide with a comfortable stretch to almost 16" wide
length down the centre back - 50" long
