is not background color to this decal, not a cheap square of vinyl with
design printed on it. Our decals are die cut from premium vinyl and
will firmly adhere to any smooth, mostly flat surface such as tour
window. You can place it on whatever.

Aplication:
- Clear your surface
- Peel clear transfer tape with decal attached
- Apply to surface and smooth it out with a credit card
- Slowly peel away clear transfer tape
I use Oracal 651a quality outdoor vinyl.
