The $10 fee is an estimate fee for the repair of your tripod.

 We will make all repairs on your tripods. We repair Sachtler, Vinten and O'Connor tripods. 

All repairs have a 60 days warranty

Shipping Instructions:

Please include a note with your tripod describing the problem you are having with it. Additionally, include a return address, your name and phone number.

Estimate Time:

For the $10 we will send you an estimate in 4 - 10 days to repair your tripod. We will NOT proceed with repairs until you approve the estimate. Once purchased, the $10 estimate fee is non-refundable.
