STORY on shirt - This was an estate find , owner said this was purchased in 1989, he and his sister where going to a Mets game and Mackey Sasser was Catching Ron Darling who she loved, so she purchased the shirt along with felt lettering and stuck (My Darling ) to the back of the shirt to wear to the game but something happened and they didn’t go. Shirt was put away..

Of course I have no way of knowing if this was a folk tale or a real story.
