Condition is “New Other”. This set is brand new, however the polybags are NOT factory sealed. The polybags have been opened, but all bags of pieces within each one are factory sealed EXCEPT FOR the small blue car & the garage lift - these ones are loose but all parts are present & have never been built with. The two sets of parts for the garage were removed from their original boxes but all parts are sealed. No instruction manuals or box - instructions can be found online for free!
