It is never our intention to give customers a bad shopping experience with us and we value our customers, So please contact us before leaving Negative Rating as it is impossible to resolve an issue if you didn't know about it.

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, please contact our customer support team through eBay Messaging System. We have 30 days no quibbles return policy - you may return an item to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving the item for any reason. All we ask is that the item must be unworn with all tags and labels still attached and in original packaging.

Please ensure that under garments like Bras, lingerie, swimwear, vests & underwear items are tried on over your own under garments. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.

When returning items to us, please Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached and add a note with your eBay ID & contact details to avoid any unnecessary delay in processing your refund.


We will process the refund as soon as we receive the item but please allow up to 72 hours for refund. We are NOT responsible for the postage cost that you incur to send the items back to us, if it is not our fault.
