This lady's overskirt is in the style typically worn by the working class.   The skirt is handmade, has a tie waist (so easily adjustable to most sizes).   Tie can also be used to hitch at one side.   Tags say "Made for you by Ann vdl".  

Skirt is made from a beautiful patterned, mid-weight, green brocade.    The waist is threaded with a cream cotton tie, which can be adjusted comfortably to fit any waist size.

•       Hem at bottom of skirt measures approximately 120-125 inches.     
•       Skirt length 42/43 inches

Lady's drawstring purse included.
