1998 Burger King Kids Club Sega Sonic The Hedgehog Fast Food Toy.

This one is Tails in a blue Pull Back and Go Kart.

Released as part of a Burger King Kids Club Meal in the UK in 1998. His Tails will turn once he’s pulled back and let go to run along the ground!
