Dress is in very good condition but there are some marks/runs in the fabric on the bottom left front and a stain on the inside of the dress that can not be seen when worn.  Please see pictures. 

Belt wraps around and can be tied in the back or on the side of the dress.  Made of 100% Rayon.

chest across back arm pit to arm pit flat is 17 inches

waist across back flat is 14 inches

length is 33 inches.
